Wow has it been a busy Fall. We’ve been setting up all sorts of different things between touring, promotions, radio promotions to TV licensing etc. It’s always great to be busy, especially when it’s “Good Busy”
Be sure to check the shows page because we are adding a bunch of dates weekly and will be playing out a TON the next several months. I’m still enjoying living in Chicago….and I also still love going back down to TX and playing with my Austin band. Expect some more recordings that will come out after January, just after our official release of the new EP “Late Night.”
I’ll be posting radio charts as get them back! College radio has been kicking some tail, and we really hope that carries into commercial radio. I’m really grateful for how things are going right now and can’t wait to expose my music to more fans.
Thanks
Brandon

Hard Rock was an awesome show last week! we were really excited to play and had an excellent turnout. June is going to be a very big month for the band as we have some great new shows coming up as well as getting started on the radio and promotions push.

Lots of great shows coming up. We are headlining Hard Rock Chicago May 19th at 9PM…so just a couple weeks out now. I’ll be playing that show with my four piece band setup! Citizen Bar has been really picking up momentum on Wednesdays, so please stop by if you are ever in the River North area. We just put some shows together in Iowa and Minnesota for June, and have two festivals coming up, one being River North Festival in July.
Stay tuned and be sure to check the new music in the music player!

In the last couple of weeks I really have been able to put down some new songs to the point where I can record some scratch tracks. Songs can take 1 day, sometimes one year to finally develop. Being a guitar player first..I seem to always have new riffs that just need some lyrics, however lyrics are the hardest part. I’ll be posting some new videos in the next week which will hopefully feature some of my new “in the works” tunes. Keep checking the site as I upload new material, photos and blog posts
Thanks for stopping by today

Busy week! wow! Lots of shows and they have all been great so far. I’ll finish the week up this evening at Lindy’s Landing, which I am really looking forward to playing. I’ve been playing my D-50 Guild acoustic guitar all week and have really been diggin’ it! My other Guild is an F-47 model that has always been my go-to acoustic, but the heavy resonating body on the D-50 has really got my attention this week. I guess that’s the reason guitarists have so many guitars…they never really sound the same as the other. I’m starting to pack out my schedule for April so stay tuned for both full band and solo acoustic shows!

St. Patty’s Party -
Saturday I had the opportunity to play an awesome party out in Naperville, IL. Huge stage, huge tent (and thankfully heaters) and a ton of people turned out. My favorite song of the night was actually when we played “Sultans of Swing” by the Dire Straits. This has always been one of my favorite tunes and I had the band learn it specifically for this party. What I love about doing covers is making them my own. We picked up the tempo quite a bit on this one and it allowed me to play all sorts of different guitar fills and solos. Overall, it was a great show and early celebration!

Hello everyone! I am excited about this new website as it will allow me to stay in touch on a more weekly basis with my visitors and fans. I have been enjoying Chicago quite a bit (even the Winter) and feel like 2011 is going to be full of new recordings and tons of shows. When I moved up from Austin I knew this would be an exciting year for me because there were so many unknowns. Now that we are through the Winter, the tour season is about to start and that’s where we really start to push the new music and show bookings. Stay tuned for announcements over the next week…and ramblings about what guitars I am obsessing over.
